Arp-Hansen Hotel Group opens a new Wakeup hotel – in Aarhus
In the beginning of 2017 we will be opening Wakeup Aarhus. A hotel that is ideal for those who want an affordable stay when visiting the „City of Smiles“. Wakeup Aarhus will, like the other Wakeup hotels, be beautifully designed with clean lines that recur throughout the hotel. There is emphasis on minimalist design and quality at the hotel's 315 rooms, all of which will contain a flat-screen TV, work desk, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Aarhus is a vibrant city that is constantly evolving. The city develops within business and culture, and as a tourist destination, Aarhus gets more and more opportunities, both cultural and gastronomic. In this context, Arp-Hansen Hotel Group looks forward to be introducing a concept as Wakeup that can attract even more new tourists to the city.

Wakeup Aarhus opens at the corner of M. P. Bruun Gade and Jægergårdsgade – right in the center. This means that you soon can have an overnight stay with Bruun’s Gallery next door and with Aarhus Central Station just around the corner. The location makes it easy and convenient to stay in Denmark’s second largest city, and it is our goal to provide guests, partners and employees a unique hotel with a unique location.

Although the hotel has 2 stars, it measures with a 3-4 star hotel experience. All rooms will be completed and furnished with pieces from some of the best Danish furniture manufactures, and from the upper floors, guests will get a great view over the rooftops of the city. Arp-Hansen Hotel Group looks forward to getting to know the city’s guests, and to be working with private and public players in tourism and industry to make Aarhus an even more exiting destination.
