Part of the Team

‘Part of the Team’ is an innovative inclusion programme that seeks to enable marginalized children to access an active leisure life. Those it helps to participate are vulnerable children aged 5-12 years whose parents are not able to support their participation in leisure activities due to economic, social, cultural or health reasons. By supporting the children with membership fees or equipment, accompanying them to clubs and training new volunteers to look after marginalised children, ‘Part of the Team’ can encourage children to take part in shared activities and help them cross the threshold into a life of active leisure.
