Tickets for Anohni concert available Wednesday at noon

This November, charismatic superstar Anohni delivers a unique concert in Musikhuset Aarhus. Tickets for the concert are available from Wednesday 5th July at noon via Musikhuset's website.  

For one night only we present our Aarhus 2017 Artist-in-Residence, Anohni, in a special concert to present her new album of songs arranged and recorded here in Aarhus with the fantastic Aarhus Symphony Orchestra.

This extraordinary night filled with art, passion and surprising encounters is the culminating moment of a year of creativity and Anohni’s amazing engagement in our year as European Capital of Culture.

About Anohni
The interdisciplinary artist and musician Anohni will be our Artist-in-Residence for Aarhus 2017. Anohni’s moving bodies of work, her passionate environmental advocacy, and her courage to envision a future protected, make Anohni our creative force in a year in which we hope to inspire people through the pursuit of diversity, sustainability and democracy. We are thrilled to welcome Anohni into our city.

During her residency, Anohni will record with the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, develop new work in mixed media, present several exhibitions as a visual artist and collaborator in venues across the city, and perform for one night only in a unique live concert at Musikhuset Aarhus.

Anohni will also present the exhibition FUTURE FEMINISM at gallery 'O' Space (at Mindet 6) during her residency, created in collaboration with artists Kembra Pfahler and Johanna Constantina. The exhibition is free of admission and is open from 11th August - 1st September.
